PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Prepayment of 30% of the agreed amount is required in order to guarantee availability.
Full payment is required one week prior to the arrival.
Cancellation fee is applied three days prior to the arrival. 30% of the arranged cost of service will be held and 70% will be returned to the client’s bank account or credit card. For bank transfers, the client will be charged the Bank Expenses.

FLEET
All types of Vehicles are offered upon availability.
If the booked vehicle is not available, it will be replaced by similar or higher type.
The excellent condition of the vehicle and driver is guaranteed at any time from Limo & Bus.

SERVICES
Transfer
Limo & Bus offers VIP transfer services throughout the island of Crete and the City of Athens. The given rates include Local VAT 13%, Fuel and Licensed Chauffeur.
Tour
Limo & Bus offers VIP Tours around the island of Crete and Around Greece. In the given rates, Guides, Entrance fees, Boat Fares and Meals are not included. If requested, we can provide all the mentioned services at an additional rate.
Yachting
All Requests will answered upon availability
Bodyguards
All Requests will be answered upon availability
Weddings and other special Events
All events can be fully organized from our office given the appropriate time depending on the event.

SURCHURGES
Child Safety Seats and child booster
Child seats are provided with no extra charge on request.
Unnotified Late arrivals
Customers of private flights are obliged to inform LIMO & BUS for any flight change or cancellation in advance. Should the customer fail to notify LIMO & BUS in advance, wait time beyond twenty (30) minutes will incur the transfer base charge plus the hourly charge of 80 Euro.
